1. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration. Actual appearance and packaging may vary slightly.
  • We may limit quantities or decline an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing or listing error has occurred. In that case, we will inform you and refund any payment made.

2. Food Safety and Storage

  • Keep frozen products at -18°C or below until use.
  • Cook or heat products thoroughly before eating, following the instructions on the pack.
  • Do not refreeze products once they have thawed.
  • Our products may contain or be made near common allergens (such as wheat, milk, eggs, sesame and nuts). If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

3. Placing Orders

  • An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Please provide accurate name, phone number and delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

4. Payment

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash/Easypaisa, card.
  • We may ask for advance payment on large, catering or custom orders.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,500. Below this amount, the delivery charge shown at checkout applies.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by traffic, weather or high demand.
  • Please check your order at the time of delivery and keep frozen items in a freezer immediately.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, we will try to contact you. Re-delivery may be subject to an additional delivery charge.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

These are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text and product descriptions, belongs to Burhani Frozen & Nimco Center and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
