At Burhani Frozen & Nimco Center, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal in frozen and perishable food items, we have designed a simple and fair policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, or before the order has been packed/dispatched for delivery.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0332 2555253 or 0326 3619391, or call us directly.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Since our products are frozen food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered and accepted, in order to maintain hygiene and food safety standards. However, we do accept returns/replacements in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, expired, or spoiled.
  • You received the wrong item(s) as compared to what was ordered.
  • The packaging was tampered with or broken at the time of delivery.

Important: Any such issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear picture/video of the product and packaging, for verification.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is verified and approved, we offer a replacement of the product as our preferred resolution.
  • In case a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.

How to Request a Cancellation, Return or Refund

  2. Share your order number, reason for the request, and supporting pictures (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
